Geoff, thanks for the personal invite. I appreciate it. I don't know why your mail server hates me, or maybe it doesn't hate me, maybe it hates the person who owns the mail server my email address is on. I don't know, do you? I mean, it's your mail server. Talk to it, maybe it hates it's mother(board). Maybe it's lonely. Have you allowed it to go out and interface with other mail servers lately? |

replies) Posted At 11:57:25 11/13/2002 r.brown I tried to get it to go talk to someone, to deal with it's issues, but I have given up trying to understand the political, religious, ethnic, psychological, racial, philosophical, and base operating system warring between servers these days. It remains a mystery to me how intelligent, thoughtful machines just can't get along. To this end, I am starting a new consciousness raising group called "Drop a Bomb on Them if They Don't Agree with Me." The first meeting of DaBoTiTDAwM will be held on Arbor Day in my bunker, which is right next door to where Cheney always hides when the going gets tough. |

replies) Posted At 20:19:03 11/14/2002 DaBoTiTDAwM? Wasn't that a song by Kid Rock? Anywho, the mail server doesn't like me much either, but I always seem to come by on the days that the new chapter is posted. I did that this time, too, but I didn't read it right away. I just reveled in the glow of a beautiful new installment and the next thing I knew, it was two days later, I smelled like bad Uncle Hubert's Five Alarm Chili, had beard growth that Bear would envy, and felt like a couple dozen fireworks had gone off in my head. At least, I think that's why I didn't read it right away and post how great it was. If that isn't the reason, then the cops will be by soon to explain it fully to you. In the meantime, I'm in and out. Another great read guys! ~Dingo |
