Yes, after a six month wait, Installment 31 has finally been posted. Go see what Lee was swearing at when he and Peter turned on the ligthts at the Renassaince! It doesn't say how cr.ude or r.ude or clever or funny his stand-up was, so I have no idea if we could be Mitch Hedberg, but I suspect he was no Richard Pryor, either.
