Separated from birth from his twin sister Josephine, Joe was adopted by a gifted architect and not so gifted plastic surgeon. While in the postal service, he specialized in the designing of one-cent stamps. He left after a disagreement with his superiors, which he alternately claims was either due to their not allowing him to wear his tool belt or the discontinuation of the Marilyn stamp. Turning to taxidermy for financial (or so he says) reasons, Joe's license was revoked in 49 states after prematurely mounting a blowfish. After a seven year hiatus, Joe trained as a cutlery sharpener for Chicago cutlery. Fired because of his over zealous attitude, his multitude of skills landed him the job with Tony Mack's Swingin' L.A. where he faithfully reports every day. Joe is either the worlds calmest man, a serial killer, or both. He is often the butt of Tony and the boys' humor. He doesn't seem to care. At least so far. He always wears blue jeans, a tee shirt, and a toolbelt. With an axe in it. But he's harmless. We hope.
